About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at PURE Canadian Gaming. As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, adhering to our quality control procedures.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, providing input on new dishes and menu items.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and protocols.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Able to maintain a security clearance.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Own vehicle is required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 25-50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
