Meat Cutter

BJ PACKERS is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for slaughtering livestock and removing viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses. You will also be cutting beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing, or packaging. Additionally, you will be cutting meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use. Your duties will also include removing bones from meat. This is a permanent position with a variable work schedule of 15 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English. If you have no degree, certificate, or diploma, but are willing to train, we encourage you to apply.
