About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Osmows Shawarma. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets our standards.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
