Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Tim Hortons #7515, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and coaching to staff on food preparation, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Manage Food Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and order food and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Quality Control Standards: Ensure that all food products meet our high quality standards and that customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Manage Cash Handling and Inventory: Count and reconcile cash and inventory at the end of each shift and ensure that all discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality food products. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
