About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at NEW TECH WINDOWS. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet our high standards, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory levels to ensure that materials and supplies are available when needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze production reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
