Your primary objective will be to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, maintaining optimal cost-effectiveness and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production workflow, ensuring all activities align with operational goals.
- Lead and mentor the production team to achieve targets while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Engage in the pre-production planning phase as well as the ongoing production management.
- Conduct cost estimations and collaborate with stakeholders to establish and adhere to budgets.
- Supervise production projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Develop and implement production guidelines that support the company’s strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve production quality and capacity.
- Facilitate training programs for team members to meet production objectives.
- Investigate and resolve production challenges as they arise.
- Assess and determine the necessary resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, for project completion.
- Propose initiatives aimed at reducing costs while upholding quality standards.
- Assist in various human resource functions, including recruitment, performance assessments, and employee retention.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations throughout the production process.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a production environment.
- Proven expertise in the plastic extrusion industry is essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to effectively oversee production processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure superior quality outcomes.
