We are seeking a dedicated **Food Service Counter Attendant** to join our team at **David Beaulieu Enterprises Ltd.** This role is essential in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
The position is based in a **coffee shop** setting, where teamwork and efficiency are paramount.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to serving areas and arrange tables.
- Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and seating areas.
- Utilize dishwashers for cleaning dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
- Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items.
- Package food for take-out orders.
- Prepare, heat, and finalize simple food items for service.
- Assist customers at counters or buffet setups.
- Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
- Take and process customer orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including work surfaces, storage areas, and equipment.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate areas.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and trash properly.
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced** environment.
