Job Title: Counter Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Counter Sales Representative to join our team. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in person and on the phone/email, identifying specific or alternate solutions based on requirements, and entering sales orders and following up to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in person and on the phone/email
  • Help identify specific or alternate solutions based on requirements
  • Enter sales orders and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Create and follow up on quotes
  • Ship and receive items
  • Assist with warehousing duties (must be able to lift 50lbs repetitively)
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of counter sales or customer service experience required
  • Electrical experience would be a strong asset
  • Fluent in written/spoken English
  • Knowledge of AS400 would be an asset
  • Desire to learn and develop yourself
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail oriented
  • MUST be able to lift 50lbs repetitively

  • Monday-Friday work week (except once a year for Inventory)
  • Hours of work from 6:30-3:30 or 7:30-4:30
  • Pay range starting at $21.62
  • This will be a permanent role for the right candidate
