Position Overview

The St Regis Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Budgeting: Prepare financial plans and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Service Coordination: Recommend and arrange for additional services such as maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and manage payments for specialized cleaning services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months in a supervisory role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
