Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will undertake various responsibilities typically associated with a Facility Operations Supervisor, including but not limited to:

  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom upkeep.
  • Adhere to the building's scope of work.
  • Conduct and document routine services, inspections, and maintenance activities using the company’s mobile application.
  • Uphold building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors and ensuring authorized access.
  • Safeguard keys and alarm codes appropriately.
  • Report any deficiencies or repair needs to management.
  • Manage and replenish supplies in designated areas.
  • Properly dilute cleaning chemicals as per guidelines.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and professional manner.
  • Keep Safety Data Sheets (SDS) up to date and report any missing documents to the supervisor.
  • Review and sign the logbook daily, addressing any requests.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients by supervising and coordinating team activities.
  • Ensure operational continuity at job sites and respond to emergencies promptly.
  • Address all operational requests swiftly and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory and equipment status.
  • Inspect facilities to guarantee adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure task completion and compliance with policies and health regulations.
  • Verify that all team members meet security protocol requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality, security, and safety standards.
  • Assist and train cleaning staff in their duties.
  • Implement event requests from management.
  • Review daily evaluations and audits to ensure safety, security, and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Execute action plans and follow up on deficiencies identified in quality inspections to resolve facility issues efficiently.
  • Maintain work schedules based on client requirements.
  • Exemplify company values and lead by example.
  • Monitor staff attendance and turnover, ensuring flexible coverage as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with operations managers.
  • Protect the assets of both the company and clients from misuse and damage.
  • Report any safety or security concerns to the Operations department.
  • Handle emergency procedures as required.
