La Pente à Neige is in search of a dedicated Winter Operations and Facilities Supervisor to enhance our team committed to promoting winter sports and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently plan, organize, and execute site operations while ensuring safety
  • Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff
  • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of all operational equipment
  • Manage budgets and operational expenses effectively
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and prevention measures

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Availability during the winter season is essential
  • Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Passion for winter sports and a customer-focused approach
  • Must provide a clear criminal record certificate
  • Familiarity with the ski industry or related events is a plus
  • Proficiency in software and mechanical skills is advantageous
