About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2032037 Alberta Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including reception, mail, and supply management.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary resources.
  • Communication and Liaison
    • Act as a liaison between the office and external parties, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external parties via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Problem-Solving and Initiative
    • Identify and resolve administrative issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Take initiative to improve office processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
