TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and deployment of our IAM solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute plans for the implementation and deployment of IAM solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve project goals
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate project progress and status
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in the IAM domain
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IAM solutions
  • Experience with SailPoint Technologies - Identity Access Management & IdentityIQ
  • 3 levels of experience available:
    • 1+ years of experience as an IT project manager, including 1 year of experience in IAM domain and vulnerability resolution coordination; OR
    • 3+ years of experience as an IT project manager, 4 years of experience as a release manager, including 1 year of experience in release management and post-implementation support coordination in IAM (including Identity IQ); OR
    • 20+ years of experience in project management, at least 7 years as program management and delivery team management in IAM domain, (including Identity IQ) and 10 years of multi-site worldwide distributed team management. Experience in Agile development and SAFe.
