We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Operations Administrator to join our Private Wealth team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the branch and region in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to build trust and credibility.
- Act as a designee for the branch manager on compliance objectives, providing ongoing education and support to assigned staff.
- Provide guidance and support to branch staff on compliance and operational issues.
- Coordinate and execute strategic initiatives, tracking metrics and milestones.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders and monitor performance, addressing any issues.
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Lead or participate in defining communication plans to positively influence behavior.
- Identify, report, and manage compliance issues and irregularities.
- Support branch management with operational and regulatory compliance responsibilities.
- Perform various operational activities to meet business objectives and client needs.
- Provide administrative and operational support, including financial and transactional processing.
- Meet high-quality service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth.
- Identify and escalate irregularities and discrepancies to management and compliance.
- Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain their privacy.
- Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills, collaboration and team skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and influence skills.
