Job Description

At Nour Private Wealth Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data HR Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function and providing strategic guidance to senior management on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Evaluate daily operations and plan and organize daily operations
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Train staff and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies and manage contracts
  • Manage training and development strategies and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and advise senior management
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints and liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures and oversee payroll administration
  • Recruit and hire staff and conduct performance reviews
  • Monitor safety conditions and develop and administer policies and programs
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes

Requirements:

  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Electronic mail and human resources software
  • Technical terminology and area of work experience in employee engagement, security and safety, criminal record check, and credit check
  • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure
