Swoon is a leading financial institution seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Perform regulatory and compliance program required monitoring and control testing (M&T) for Personal & Business Banking (P&BB) lines of business.
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the Bank Act and Consumer Protection regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve compliance-related issues.
• Leverage advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel (SumIf, Pivot, Vlookups), and Word, to analyze and present data.
• Possess a strong understanding of risk and control environments and be able to identify areas for improvement.
