Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker - Building and Grounds to join our team at Happy Motel. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our motel's physical plant.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the motel's facilities are in good working order, including making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct minor repairs on appliances and equipment to prevent breakdowns and maintain efficiency.
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair to maintain the appearance and integrity of our facilities.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our guests.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. Free parking is available on site.
