Position Overview

Work Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off - 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Available Shifts: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with all operational standards.
  • Verify that all waste loads are accurately assessed and categorized.
  • Oversee the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Direct staff deployment with clear daily objectives and tasks.
  • Ensure safe operation of all machinery and equipment.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Provide supervision in various operational areas as needed.
  • Manage waste rotation and ensure that raw materials are cleared daily.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant departments and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Ensure proper scheduling of outgoing loads and maintain minimal material levels.
  • Oversee the management of the email account to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Complete all necessary documentation to the required standards for outgoing loads.
