About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team at Transoft Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain customer databases and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Assist with order processing and vendor registration procedures.
  • Generate monthly renewal quotes and follow up with customers.
  • Provide post-sales customer service and satisfaction support.
  • Manage communication with clients, screen, qualify, and forward incoming calls.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in sales or customer service and are looking to start your career in a dynamic and innovative company.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
