We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join our Regulatory Initiatives team. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our Senior Manager, Regulatory Initiatives & Reporting, and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Initiatives & Reporting, including managing compliance and regulatory activities.
- Work closely with the Compliance department to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal Bank requirements.
- Support the audit function by providing information and research to ensure favorable audit results.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to communicate and implement changes in policies and practices that impact our clients and Relationship Managers.
- University degree or college diploma in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
- Previous experience in Tier 1 compliance and regulation.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian Wealth Management objectives, strategies, and structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
