About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at SEA STAR EDUCATION LTD. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities that foster creativity, imagination, and learning, including storytelling, singing, and exploring local attractions.
  • Child Support: Encourage children to express themselves through various art forms, music, and physical activities, while also guiding them in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress, identifying potential learning or behavioral issues, and prepare comprehensive reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and community service providers, ensuring a cohesive and supportive environment for children.
  • Environment and Safety: Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and secure environment that promotes children's well-being and protects their physical and emotional needs.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licenses: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Medical exam
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling
