We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Terra Early Learning Society. As an Infant and Toddler Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Care
    • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
    • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, ensuring their basic needs are met.
  • Program Planning and Implementation
    • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
    • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
    • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Professional Development and Certification
    • Hold a valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
    • Complete ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.
