Position Overview:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will spearhead one of our key product marketing portfolios on a global scale. This role is crucial in shaping and executing the product marketing strategy across various markets, significantly influencing the positioning, prioritization, and market entry of ApplyBoard's products, features, and technologies. Success in this role will be measured by the achievement of brand and customer outcomes that foster ApplyBoard's growth. We welcome applications from qualified candidates across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the global product marketing strategy for our primary audience/product to drive brand and customer expansion.
  • Formulate comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and launch initiatives for our products and partnerships.
  • Create compelling narratives that effectively communicate our products, vision, and industry leadership.
  • Collaborate across departments to align product launch strategies with ApplyBoard's marketing and sales objectives.
  • Enhance our communication approach to present our offerings to customers with a top-tier value proposition and messaging.
  • Continuously refine our GTM capabilities to ensure effective customer education with timely and impactful messaging.
  • Develop a learning agenda and leverage insights to guide ongoing positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
  • Serve as a thought leader and representative for ApplyBoard by engaging in external meetings, speaking opportunities, and producing written materials that showcase our expertise.
  • Contribute significantly to the Marketing Team, known for its high performance, accountability, execution excellence, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing, Product Management, or Commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in developing positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for technology products/platforms.
  • Strong customer-centric approach, integrating customer perspectives into plans and decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with independent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
  • Analytical and commercially driven, focused on achieving business impact.
  • Organized with robust planning and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in leading organizational change management initiatives.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
