About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Rewind. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research to understand our target audience, including their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape, including our competitors' strategies, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Product Positioning: Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Buyer Journey Mapping: Map out the buyer's journey, including the key touchpoints, decision-making factors, and pain points.
  • Marketing Program Development: Develop and execute marketing programs to drive demand, retention, and acquisition of new customers.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Launch Planning: Plan and execute the launch of new products, features, and releases, including cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the industry through speaking engagements, written content, and other forms of external communication.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to develop sales collateral, training programs, and other resources to support sales efforts.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up organization in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong technical background and understanding, with experience working with technical teams.
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer-centric with experience speaking directly with customers.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to stay highly organized while managing multiple projects and priorities.
