Job Opportunity:
Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking a skilled Crew Leader to manage a route within the KW area. As a Crew Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow and succeed in a landscape management career. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and experience delegating and assigning tasks to crew members. You will be responsible for managing sites of both commercial and residential clients, providing timely and professional service during the summer and winter months. You will also receive on-going training, year-round employment, top wages, benefits, and potential for bonuses.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assign, monitor, and assist with duties for the crew to ensure quality expectations.
• Monitor and ensure the efficient use of materials and equipment by field staff.
• Operate power equipment and machinery, including riding lawnmowers, trimmers, and sheers.
• Drive company vehicle (and trailer) to customer locations. A G Driver's License is required (DZ an asset).
• Duties to be assigned.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of Crew Leader experience and industry knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
