- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, providing timely and professional assistance for second-level work orders.
- Log and maintain accurate records for assigned tickets, exercising resourcefulness in determining problem causes.

About You
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in Helpdesk and/or Desktop Support roles. You will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, including patience and diplomacy. A strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of computer systems, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware deployment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in Helpdesk and/or Desktop Support roles.
