This position is ideal for an individual who excels in managing various administrative tasks while demonstrating a strong commitment to client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the initiation of client files, conduct conflict checks, and prepare signature packages for legal transactions.
  • Assist with administrative functions related to billing, docketing, and wire confirmations.
  • Support accounting duties, client marketing efforts, and calendar organization.
  • Contribute to transaction assistance as required.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a legal assistant capacity.
  • Successful completion of a recognized Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Experience in document creation, formatting, and organization.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign and related closing documentation.
  • Strong judgment, decision-making abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
