Your Role as Baker
As a Baker at COBS Bread, you'll play a key role in leading our freshness commitment. You'll work closely with our team to bake fresh bread and pastries every morning, using carefully crafted recipes and techniques to create delicious products that our customers love.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small team to bake and prepare fresh bread and pastries every morning
- Follow carefully crafted recipes and production schedules to ensure high-quality products
- Contribute to a clean and safe bakery environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Early riser with ability to work independently or as part of a small team
- Pride in creating high-quality products and delivering excellent customer service
- Great attitude and good organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Commitment to the success of the bakery, team, and personal development
Physical Requirements
- Continuous standing and walking for all tasks
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
- Frequent turning and reaching
- Occasional pushing, pulling, and some forward bending
- Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters
- Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping
