About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies to identify and resolve defects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and create test plans for new features, improvements, and bug fixes
  • Develop and execute manual functional, integration, and regression tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our platform
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by end-users to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and report product deficiencies, and follow through until issues are resolved
  • Test integrations with third-party systems, including ticketing, POS, messaging, and CRM providers

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
  • Experience with API, web-based apps, mobile apps testing
  • Knowledge of SQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript
  • Experience with Linux, MacOS
  • Knowledge of Digital Ad Services (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Spotify)
  • Experience with POS systems, ticketing systems, streaming services, live streaming services
  • Able to work cooperatively and effectively in a CI/CD team environment
  • BSc in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related required
  • 1-3 years industry experience
