Abstract Developments is on the lookout for a skilled Director of Projects to enhance our esteemed construction division. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned and driven professional to contribute to the delivery of multifamily residences to a growing clientele.
The Director of Projects is a charismatic and perceptive leader with a minimum of fifteen years in construction oversight and industry expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the pre-development design, pre-construction, construction, and warranty stages of all projects. This role exemplifies leadership by adhering to the company's core principles of Passion, Quality, and Integrity.
Additionally, this position is crucial in promoting the current Mission and ensuring the Vision of "Creating Iconic Spaces that Enhance How People Live" is reflected in all proposed, constructed, and serviced projects. The Director will also play a key role in fostering effective communication across various departments, including Development, Finance/Accounting, Nvision Properties, Sales, and Marketing.
Typically, the Director of Projects will supervise a team of approximately 7 Project Managers and Coordinators.
