Lead Construction Projects with Passion and Quality

Abstract Developments is seeking a highly experienced Projects Director to oversee the development, construction, and warranty phases of multifamily homes. As a leader with at least 15 years of construction management experience, you will champion our company's core values of Passion, Quality, and Integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 7 Project Managers and Coordinators
  • Oversee pre-development design, pre-construction, construction, and warranty phases
  • Ensure strong communication with Development, Finance/Accounting, Nvision Properties, Sales, and Marketing departments
  • Champion our company's Mission and Vision

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of construction management experience
  • Personable and insightful leadership skills
  • Ability to inspire a team to work towards a common goal
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to identify and resolve obstacles
