Lead Construction Projects with Passion and Quality

Abstract Developments is seeking a highly experienced Projects Director to oversee the development, construction, and warranty phases of multifamily homes. As a leader with a strong entrepreneurial attitude, you will inspire your team to work together towards a common goal.

The ideal candidate will have at least fifteen years of construction management experience and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for championing the company's core values of Passion, Quality, and Integrity, and ensuring that all projects embody the company's Vision of "Creating Iconic Spaces that Enhance How People Live".

As a key member of the Abstract Developments team, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong communication with all departments, including Development, Finance/Accounting, Nvision Properties, Sales, and Marketing. You will lead a team of approximately 7 Project Managers and Coordinators, and be responsible for identifying and resolving obstacles along the path to successful project completion.
