About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at JUMP TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies

You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.

Assist in the Preparation of Marketing Materials

You will assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, reports, and newsletters to support our marketing efforts.

Support Social and Labour Market Integration

You will support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees by facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.

Provide Diversity and Cross-Cultural Trainings

You will provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.

Support Veterans and Mature Workers

You will provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for veterans and mature workers.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, Adobe Photoshop, MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Word.
