Job Title: Building Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Associate to join our team at Boardwalk. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of our residents by addressing maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our buildings and common areas.
  2. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  4. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a residential setting.
  2. Strong knowledge of English language, both verbal and written.
  3. Familiarity with computer and tablet systems.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  7. Ability to lift up to 90kg and work at heights.
