Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems for trucks and trailers.
  • Perform maintenance on transport refrigeration units by utilizing diagnostic tools, electronic testing devices, and onboard systems, conducting preventive maintenance, component replacements, and overall refrigeration system upkeep.
  • Inspect and maintain refrigeration units for trucks, trailers, and truck APUs by evaluating workshop controls, addressing operator concerns, repairing malfunctions, detecting refrigerant leaks, and assembling and installing components using welding and refrigeration tools. Install various new units on trailers, trucks, and vans.

  • 3-5 years of experience in refrigerated transport (preferred)
  • Ozone depletion certification
