- Documentation: Prepare, type, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Work Setting: Transportation, communication, and utilities industries.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Office.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, repetitive tasks, and large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, flexibility, team player, client focus, reliability, time management, and adaptability.
- Parking: Parking is available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
