Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Java Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating strong proficiency in Java with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Applying software engineering principles in modular design, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Possessing extensive hands-on experience with modern applications such as Spring Boot.
  • Building and maintaining critical production systems with a solid grasp of modern API design and RESTful principles.
  • Utilizing automation and build tools like Maven, Ant, and Gradle effectively.
  • Engaging in the design and implementation of large-scale distributed systems and web services.
  • Ensuring the development of complex software that is both testable and designed for extensibility.
  • Managing the deployment and maintenance of essential applications in a cloud-based environment.
  • Working extensively with open-source software, including the ability to modify or extend code as part of an open-source project.
  • Employing both Object-Oriented Development and Systems Engineering skills.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development and design.
