Job Title: Senior Java Engineer

Axelon Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Java Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale Java applications.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coding and Development: You will be responsible for coding and developing new features and maintaining existing ones.
  • Back-end Service Development: You will be responsible for developing back-end services using Java, including new features and maintenance.
  • Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality work and consistently meeting requirements and standards.
  • Communication: You will be responsible for communicating with global teams for requirements and technical details.
  • Problem-Solving: You will be responsible for taking ownership to resolve difficult issues, even when not clearly within your area.
  • Code Review and Unit Testing: You will be responsible for responsible code review and unit test for entry code implementation.

Requirements:
  • Education: You must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE, Mathematics, or related majors.
  • Financial Knowledge: Having financial knowledge or background is a plus.
Technical Skills:
  • Java Technologies: You must be familiar with Core Java, Java EE, Springboot, and Docker technologies.
  • IoC and OR-Mapping Frameworks: You must be familiar with one of the modern IoC and OR-Mapping frameworks (prefer Spring).
  • NoSQL Database: You must be familiar with no SQL DB (prefer Elasticsearch DB).
  • Distribution Cache: You must have experience in Distribution Cache like Redis or other Memory Cache solution.
  • RPC and Restful API: You must have experience in RPC, Restful API, Hessian.
  • Large Scale Data Maintenance: You must have experience in large scale data maintenance.
Non-Technical Skills:
  • Java Development Experience: You must have at least 3+ years working experience on Java development.
  • Technical Discussions: You must be comfortable participating in technical discussions.
  • Dynamic Work Environment: You must be a highly motivated, self-starting individual willing to work in a dynamic work environment.
  • Pressure Management: You must be able to work under pressure, manage conflicts, and challenges.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You must demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
