Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Meeting Documentation: Record and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and confirm appointments effectively.
  • Training Management: Oversee training and development initiatives.
  • Communication: Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages.
  • Data Compilation: Gather and organize data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Inventory Control: Order and manage office supplies.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries and reservations.
  • Reception Duties: Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread various documents.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and evaluate daily office operations.
Qualifications
