Job Description

As a Full Time Supervisor with The LEGO Group, you will be responsible for providing a brand experience for our customers and serving as a role model for our team. This role requires leadership and management experience in a specialty retail store environment, combined with a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information
  • Assist in ensuring effective space management techniques are utilized
  • Maintain the Store graphics system, including pricing, with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales
  • Ensure all fixtures are fully replenished at all times
  • Evaluate and communicate on competitors' visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop our business further
  • Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines
  • Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values

Requirements:

  • Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing experience
  • Point of sale automated systems experience
  • Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising experience
  • Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

What We Offer:

The base salary for this position is $21.60 to $22.60. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope, and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance.
