The Role
Our Retail Team is looking for a Store Manager at our Robson Street location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store in all aspects, including driving sales, ensuring the store meets visual standards set by the Merchandising team, and building and coaching a team to provide best-in-class service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and exceed targets through effective inventory management, merchandising, and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve in-store experiences and maintain company standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service and community engagement.
- Manage and oversee daily e-commerce sales in-store, ensuring seamless integration with online channels.
- Decrease store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage weekly bank deposits and store expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to develop top talent into leaders.
- Stay informed about new releases and upcoming products, ensuring the store is always stocked with the latest offerings.
- Work with HR to ensure all positions are filled and new staff are properly trained.
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail management experience, with a strong background in leadership and team building.
- Comfortable and confident in making business-critical decisions, with a passion for fashion, sportswear, or footwear.
- Able to multitask and manage time independently, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data analysis and building Excel reports, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and goal-oriented individual, with strong proficiency in iOS-based programs and products.
