Qualifications

  • Low to mid-end office systems certifications
  • Basic color theory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Operates independently, requires assistance from time to time
  • Positive, outgoing, self-motivated, and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations
  • Valid travel documents and a valid driver's license in good standing
  • Own vehicle with valid insurance and a valid driver's license in good standing
  • Standby and after-hours work may be required
  • Training may require after-hours travel and stay-overs including weekends
  • Associate Level Certification
  • High School or equivalent
  • CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Net+ Certification, CompTIA CDIA+ Certification, Microsoft MCP or MCITP Certification (or equivalent experience)
