The Shawnessy Insurance Agency Inc. Representing the... is seeking a highly skilled Life Insurance Advisor to support and develop agency operations through outbound prospecting, client contact, and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in personal and business markets, determining client needs and making informed product recommendations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and agency sales goals, while adhering to compliance rules and regulations.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues as needed.
- Conduct front-line risk assessments and selections, following underwriting guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to develop annual marketing plans, outlining strategies and activities to meet sales goals.
- Support programs to build multi-client relationships and foster a positive agency culture.
- Hold a valid LLQP License.
- Meet all provincial-licensing requirements, including continuing education to obtain and maintain licenses.
- Pass a Co-operators Credit and Background Check.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year.
- Bonus pay and commission-based incentives.

Work in a hybrid remote environment in Calgary, AB T2X 1M2, with some evening work required and flexibility to work flexible hours.
