Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shipper-Receiver to manage the logistics of our operations at Auto Country. This role is essential in ensuring that our shipping and receiving processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation: Prepare essential shipping documents such as bills of lading and invoices.
  • Inventory Management: Inspect incoming goods and verify them against invoices or other documentation.
  • Storage Coordination: Route goods to designated storage areas and maintain an organized internal record-keeping system.
  • Quality Control: Record any shortages and reject damaged items to ensure quality standards.
  • Packaging: Pack goods securely for shipment and unpack received items as necessary.
  • Labeling: Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on all shipments.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle payments for goods received and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Work Environment

This position operates in a fast-paced environment that requires a keen attention to detail. The role involves repetitive tasks and the handling of heavy loads, making it physically demanding. Candidates should be prepared for activities such as bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
