Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of 11-15 staff members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Assign Sales Workers to DutiesAssign sales workers to duties, including sales floor coverage, customer service, and inventory management.
Hire and Train StaffHire and train new staff members, or arrange for training to be provided, to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules for staff members, ensuring that adequate coverage is provided during peak periods.
Sell MerchandiseSell merchandise to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Resolve IssuesResolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational issues.
Organize and Maintain InventoryOrganize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that stockroom is clean and organized.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
