Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dollarama L.P./S.E.C. in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth store operation.
- Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives.
- Establish work schedules, resolve issues, and make decisions to drive business results.
- Sell merchandise, manage cash handling, and maintain store appearance.
- 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
