Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dollarama L.P./S.E.C. in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
- Assign sales workers to duties, manage work schedules, and oversee the training of new staff members.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other tasks as required.
