Associate Vice President, Digital and Technology Services

About the Role
Norquest College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Vice President, Digital and Technology Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for technology divisions and departments across the college.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the college's strategic plans.
- Oversee the provision of technology-related services and solutions to support academic and operational needs.
- Lead the development and implementation of technology systems, policies, and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology projects and initiatives.
- Ensure the effective management of technology resources, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the college's technology needs are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to technology teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to ensure the college remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong strategic planning, organization, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
