Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, draft beer system, and inventory.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train our bartending team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, taking beverage orders, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including beverages and supplies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods.
