We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our Infrastructure division on various projects. As a seasoned professional with a background in Municipal Infrastructure work, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules to meet project objectives.
- Oversee the work of field staff, sub-contractors, and tradespeople to ensure high-quality results.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality control standards.
- Manage project budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
- Develop and implement resource-loaded schedules to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on Municipal Infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of modern construction practices, including safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Ability to plan and manage to a project schedule, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
